Octavian Jackson

Captain Octavian Henry Jackson is a cybernetically augmented Human male Starfleet line officer and is currently the deputy commander of the Fourth Fleet’s Task Force 93. Octavian is a seasoned Starfleet officer who has served in the organization since the Borg Incursions, he was also widely recognized during the Dominion War. He is a skilled strategist, a brilliant tactician, and an advid diplomat. Octavian’s reserved and composed demeanor can be instrumental in preserving a since of calm during the most perils events.

However, when the situation calls for it his is willing to take advice from his senior officers. Although this situation is only taken when he sees clear value in a different perspective.
