Elash

Elash is the chief engineering officer of the Sacramento. He is a conventional Vulcan – rational, intellectual, logical and aloof – but with a secret pride in both his engineering capabilities and in the systems that he maintains. Occasionally, if no-one is around, he will quietly speak to them, imagining that he and the system are engaged in intricate games of logic.
