Summary
Born on Andoria into a respected military family, Sh’rol was raised with a strong sense of duty and discipline. He entered Starfleet Academy determined to uphold the values of order and security.
Joined Starfleet in 2356, following 4 years at Starfleet Academy served aboard the USS T’Kara until it’s disappearance in 2367.
Following the incident on board the USS T’Kara, Sh’rol retained his commission in Starfleet and was transferred to the USS San Clemente. He currently serves as the Chief Tactical/Security Officer on board.
Appearance
Blue skin, white hair, and sharp, expressive antennae. He’s tall and muscular with a sense of discipline.
Personality
He’s a traditionalist and very by-the-book, Sh’rol maintains a cool and controlled exterior even under pressure. His absolute loyalty to Starfleet regulations guides his every action, making him a reliable but sometimes inflexible officer.
An expert in security protocols, hand-to-hand combat, and tactical defence. His specialization is within border patrol tactics and threat assessment, he often personally leads security drills to prepare the crew for combat situations.
A highly respected senior staff for his professionalism and reliability, though his rigid adherence to protocol occasionally causes friction with more flexible crew members.
History
Starfleet Academy (2356-2360)
Born on Andoria into a distinguished military family, Sh’rol th’Varak was instilled with duty, discipline, and a profound respect for structure from an early age.
Driven by a desire to defend and protect, he commissioned into Starfleet Academy in San Francisco, Earth, in 2356, where he honed his instincts in security protocols, tactical defence systems, and close-quarters combat. Sh’rol’s unwavering approach to regulation and order made him a standout cadet among his peers.
USS T’Kara – (2360-2367)
Upon graduation in 2360, Sh’rol was assigned to the USS T’Kara, where he began his career as a Tactical/Security Officer.
On the volatile Cardassian-Federation border, he quickly distinguished himself through precision during combat actions and was solid under pressure, traits that were vital during border disputes and confrontations. During this assignment he moved his way through the ranks from Ensign to Lieutenant, ultimately taking over the position of Chief of Tactical and Security on board.
He was lost along with the USS T’Kara in 2367 and later recovered during the salvage operation in 2400.
Starfleet Medical/Starfleet Academy – Patient (2400-2401)
Following the recovery of many of the crewmembers of the USS T’Kara, the crew we’re offered continued service within Starfleet, including Sh’rol.
Following a period of rehabilitation and retraining in modern Starfleet operations, Sh’rol retained his commission and was assigned to the USS San Clemente, a California Class Vessel 2402.
USS San Clemente – (2402-Present)
As with many of the crew of the USS T’Kara, he followed his previous captain to the USS San Clemente and serves as its Chief Tactical/Security Officer.
