Lh’kta Siss

She is a graduate of starfleet academy, having majored in Advanced Cultural Sophontology and Political Science with a minor in Linguistics- specialising in Symbolism and the Philosophy of language.

She is recognised for her scholastic achievements and her disciplined and thorough in her approach to study and research.

The officer is uncomfortable with being rushed and prefers to gather and carefully sift information- hers is a slowly slowly approach.

• She is noted as possessing excellent diplomatic skills, being diligent in ensuring she comprehends the aims of the parties she is dealing with, and being able to encourage differing interests to better understand the others position- leading to more constructive outcomes.
• Lh’kta has not as yet experienced any real life situations where crisis was imminent. She has performed adequately in simulations and been provided feedback on areas where personal development would be beneficial.
• Lh’kta has very recently completed an accelerated training course for exploratory landing team members – includng survival techniques, first aid, hostile environment, basic self defence, shuttle craft and small equipment operations.

The officer is gently spoken, empathic and courteous.

Her commanding officer considers that Lh’kta would benefit from field experience to increase her confidence and ability to achieve positive resolutions outside of controlled settings.

Lh’kta is quiet and attentive with a scholastic nature.

She prefers rational and measuredquite  responses and resolutions and becomes uncomfortable if feeling under pressure to offer solutions or assessments without extensive and objective data.

She is friendly and helpful in a general sense , but as an introvert she prefers small groups.

She is capable of providing thorough presentations and of professionally representing the federation as a mediator or diplomat. This is draining for her however and she likes to recuperate in her own company with her books.
