Flavia ir-Llantrisant

As the Romulan Free State’s preeminent archaeologist, Flavia ir-Llantrisant was selected by her government to serve as Liason Officer, and Chief Science Officer, to Starfleet’s USS Constellation.  Under the command of Captain Taes, Flavia leads a team of civilian scientists from the Romulan Free State, along with the Starfleet science officers assigned to the Constellation, in a mission of cooperation between the Federation and the RFS.  After working together aboard the USS Sarek, Starfleet and the Romulan Free State entrusted the two of them with an explorer to seek out new worlds on a mission of inner and outer diplomacy.
