Flavia ir-Llantrisant

Following the loss of her patron in the Vaadwaur invasion, Commander Flavia ir-Llantrisant  defected to the Romulan Republic at the close of 2402 in an act of elf-preservation.  Leveraging a previous career as a science officer in the Romulan Star Navy, Republic family connections, and two years leading a joint-mission of exploration in partnership with Starfleet, Flavia has taken command of the Galas-class RRW Zdenia.  The Zdenia has been seconded to Constellation Squadron as part of the Republic’s increased allied operations with Starfleet’s Fourth Fleet.

Once the Romulan Free State’s preeminent archaeologist, Flavia ir-Llantrisant was selected by her Science Ministry to serve as Liason Officer to Starfleet’s USS Sarek in 2400.  Under the command of Captain Taes, Flavia led a team of civilian scientists from the Romulan Free State in a mission of cooperation between the Federation and the RFS.  After working with Taes aboard the USS Sarek, Starfleet entrusted the two of them with the USS Constellation to seek out new worlds on a mission of inner and outer diplomacy.
