Nevahl Bohkat loves rules, especially rules for keeping people safe (follow them!) or rules for interacting with people (explain them again! he still doesn’t understand!). He’s very dedicated to the former, having spent most of his time in Starfleet in security and tactical. He’s not so great at the latter, outside of the narrow confines of work, but he tries. Occasionally. After all, he didn’t sign up to Starfleet to play with weapons, he signed up to help people. His current crash-course in interpersonal relationships is in the form of serving on the USS Babylon as its Executive Officer.
