Mission Description

Assets of the 4th fleet have been isolated at Risa for several weeks due to the Blackout. Many are now undermanned and in standby whilst they wait for something to change. The Vaadwuar have been secretly putting things into the palace to commence a strike against the planet as a terror act. When the attack comes in the form of a large assault utilising repurposed civilian craft as a cover, the Vaadwuar make use of the weather system to control the planet. Starfleet forces, isolated and alone, must make efforts to retake the system and remove the Vaadwuar control.
